Monster Radio RX 93.1 has won five Golden Dove Awards for Best FM Station, the most won by any station in KBP history. In 2004, Louie D won the first-ever Golden Dove Award for Best Radio Jock. Tom Alvarez won the same award in 2006.
Monster Radio RX 93.1 has won four Catholic Mass Media Awards for Best Entertainment Program on Radio.
Monster Radio RX 93.1 was voted Best Radio Station by the readers of the Philippine Daily Inquirer’s 2BU! section five years in a row (2002 - 2006). Chico and Delamar were voted Best Radio DJs in all five years.

| AUDIOVISUAL COMMUNICATORS INCORPORATED |
Audiovisual Communications Incorporated is a broadcast media corporation presently owning and operating five radio stations. It was organized in 1983 with the acquisition of the Metro Manila frequency DWRX (FM) 93.1 MHz.
The flagship station is DWRX, which broadcasts under the name Monster Radio RX 93.1 (“ Manila’s Hottest”). Monster Radio RX 93.1 is one of the highest-rated CHR (contemporary hit records) stations in Manila servicing a middle-class and upscale youth listenership (ages 15 to 26). It is also generally regarded in the industry as the most acclaimed and awarded pop station, having won several KBP Golden Dove Awards for Best FM Radio Station and Catholic Mass Media Awards for Best Radio Entertainment Program, among the many accolades garnered by the station and its programs.
In the past ten years, ACI has acquired several provincial stations that continue its thrust of servicing audiences with the finest youth-oriented programming. These are DYBT 105.9 (Monster Radio BT 105.9 in Cebu), DXCT 99.5 (Monster Radio 99.5 in Davao), DXEZ 88.7 (EZ 88.7 in General Santos City), and DXRX 93.1 (Dream Radio RX 93.1 in Zamboanga City).

RX 93.1 plays the hottest hits, so naturally, it caters to all listeners who are youthful in age and/or spirit! But specifically, RX aims to capture an audience from 15 to 30 years of age, belonging to the middle-to-upper income bracket (ABC income classes). That would include upper high school and college students and young professionals. |

Not forgetting the older listeners who just love those favorites from the recent past, RX 93.1 has set aside a special day for music from the 70’s until the 2000’s and called it The RX Monster’s Riot. The Riot’s audience is composed of listeners from 20 to 40 years of age and sometimes, a pool of the younger crowd as well. But the young listeners would probably go for Hip 26 – RX 93.1’s 26-hour weekend program of slamming R&B and Hiphop. There is also the ever-influential “alternative pop” scene, and RX taps that as well with the “ Alternate Route” and “Indie Ground” portions. Catering to discriminating audiences is RX 93.1’s array of weekly specials including The RX Concert Series, Countdown Top Seven, Back to the Eighties, Radio 1 and Heard on Thursdays. |
